More commonly known as a SIM eject tool, this term might seem misleading. Instead the eject tool will allow the student to replace, or install micro-SD cards into their devices. This will be just like using it for an ejection of a SIM card, but instead, it is intended for expandable storage. These tools are very basic, and will cost about 25ยข if needing a replacement. Still, the eject tool is essential for accessing the micro-SD cards that are in the student’s devices.
Rationale
The school should provide the student with all of the tools they need, and an Eject tool is one of those essentials. While it won’t be used as frequently as a reader, or computer – it will still be an important part as without the tool, the student will not be able to install the micro-SD card tray, and this will mean they will have to find a tool to access the tray. This is not realistic, especially when starting off in school.
